A chicken vegetable mix is an easy way to make a meal that’s not too heavy and packed with nutrients, but it’s also packed with protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber, vitamins C and E and vitamin K. You can use it to make your own vegetable soup as well, and it’s a great way to get a little exercise, too.
You don’t need to use chicken broth or broth mixes.
Just buy a box of them and make your favorite chicken soup.
The chicken broth recipe comes in the form of a chicken noodle soup that’s been mixed with chicken broth, and the chicken soup itself can be made in any of several ways.
This chicken noodlature soup is made from chicken stock, and if you make it ahead of time, it will be ready in about 15 minutes.
To make the noodle mix, mix together chicken broth and chicken stock.
(I prefer to use broth mix.)
You’ll need about 4 cups chicken stock to make this noodle mixture, which makes about 10 cups of broth.
Start by mixing the broth into a pot.
If you’re using a slow cooker, you can use chicken stock for the noodling mix instead.
(See the video for a demonstration.)
Cover the pot with about a quart of water.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
You should be able to stir the noodles and the broth together when you stir.
Add the chicken stock and stir again.
Add some salt to the water.
Add in the chicken broth.
Add another 1/4 cup of water if you’re not using a heavy stock.
If using stock, add in the broth mixture.
Bring the broth up to a simmer and let it simmer until it’s thickened.
Add more water if needed to make it thick.
When it’s ready, remove the lid.
You’ll see the noodles, broth and stock sitting on the stove.
Add 1/3 cup of shredded chicken to the mix and stir until you’re all done with the noodles.
Serve it warm.
