Salt the Vegetable.
Salt your veggies thoroughly.
The main ingredient in the pizza dough is flour, so it should be very salty.
This will make the sauce quite thick and sticky, so keep it as such.
Heat up the water.
Place the oil in a large pan, and add the chopped onion, chopped garlic, sliced mushrooms and fresh ginger.
Heat over a medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and salt, and cook for about 15 seconds.
Add in the flour, stir well and add more water if necessary.
Add more water as necessary to bring the sauce to a boil.
If the sauce is too thick, add some more water.
Add a tablespoon of the water to the tomato sauce.
