A few months ago, we shared how to make green salad from leafy vegetables in a blender and at home, but today we’re sharing another recipe for a vegetarian lasagne from veg.
And this one, I’m going to call it Vegetative Stressed Orange Vegetables from Leafys Vegetables recipe.
The recipe is simple and easy, and it tastes great as well!
The recipe includes two layers of leafy veg and one layer of veg without leafy, but there’s nothing complicated about this lasagne.
The main ingredient here is one of our favorite vegetables, spinach.
It’s not only nutritious, but also delicious.
As an added bonus, you’ll find it in many of our delicious vegan salads.
I love spinach and I love that this recipe includes it, too.
This is one veggie lasagne that I absolutely love and love to make.
This recipe is so easy to make, and you can easily get your hands on this simple and healthy vegetable lasagne as well.
Here’s how to prepare the leafy veggies for the lasagne: Blend the veg for a few minutes.
The spinach is ready.
Add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to the blender and blend for a couple seconds.
Pour the spinach into the bowl of the blender.
Add the lime juice and herbs.
Blend until the spinach is smooth.
Pour into the lasagna bowl.
The leafy greens will soak up all the juices in the lasagera.
If you use a nonstick pan, you can also pour the spinach mixture into a bowl of hot water.
Let the spinach soak for at least an hour.
Once the spinach has soaked, you may want to remove it from the bowl and allow it to sit in the fridge overnight.
The next day, remove the spinach and discard the remaining ingredients.
You can add more lemon juice if you like, and the herbs may also add a bit more flavor.
Taste the lasagnes and you’ll see that it’s delicious!
Serve the lasagnes over a bed of fresh basil and a few slices of bread.
