How to make a vegetable juice with vegetables

I love veggies and I have a huge appetite, but my life is all about eating healthy.

But sometimes, when I’m out and about, I crave something sweet, and my craving for veg makes me crave for a vegan juice.

This is a perfect recipe for a veggie juice.

I use raw, raw, and organic veggies, but you can use frozen and canned varieties.

You can also use store-bought, like our favorite brand, or use a variety of products.

You just need to use a little more liquid than you would in a regular juice.

You’ll have a nice, creamy flavor with just the right amount of liquid.

I also love the added benefit of this recipe for the vegan community: you can make the recipe yourself, and you don’t have to have a recipe handy at home.

If you don´t have time to make your own juice, this recipe will make it easy to keep on hand.

Start with the ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil, or canola or sunflower oil, melted 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, or honey 3/4 cup chopped raw onions, or 1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper, or any combination of chopped onion, garlic, and ginger (or 1/4 to 1/3 cup of chopped onions) 1/8 cup raw walnuts, or walnuts cut into cubes or chopped 1/6 cup chopped fresh parsley, or fresh parsnips, chopped 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or any flavor you prefer) 2 cups of frozen vegetables (see the ingredients section above) 1 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste 2 tablespoons raw cashews, or almond milk 1 tablespoon coconut oil, warmed to room temperature, or vegetable oil, for baking (or coconut cream, if using) 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/10 cup of frozen peas or zucchini, or frozen whole zucchinis, or zucca squash, or whatever vegetables you prefer (or other vegetables you want to make the liquid with) 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/5 cup of honey (or more to taste) 2 tablespoons coconut oil (I prefer coconut oil for baking or coconut cream if using).

If you are not making this recipe at home, try making it ahead of time and storing in the refrigerator.

You will have leftover juice to use later.

If using a frozen vegetable, make sure to refrigerate it.

If making this vegan juice at home with frozen veggies, use an immersion blender.

Blend until smooth, but do not over-blend.

Store in an airtight container or freezer bag.
